Every year, I keep a list of the books I read throughout the year so that, when I look back, I can see what I was wrestling with both personally and intellectually at the time of the reading. Below you will find this year’s list.
Disclosure of Material Connection: Some of the links in the post above are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the image of the book and purchase it, I will receive an affiliate commission. This means, while I will by no means get rich, I will receive a bit for the recommendation. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will add value to my readers. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade COmmission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”
Impressive list Scott! You may wish to read the sequel to Michael Shaara’s Killer Angels. From all appearances, you will be adding your own book on Lincoln in the near future. Happy Holidays to you and yours.
Yes, I have “Gods and Generals” and “The Last Full Measure” on my list! I’m turning my attention to Holocaust literature now, but will continue to read up on Lincoln as the opportunity presents itself. The boys love their books! I’m eager for our next meeting!
